Returns & Refunds Policy
At Everything Home Store, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help make the returns process as simple as possible.
Returns Procedure
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please contact our customer support team at sales@everythinghomestore.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue or reason for return.
- Once reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return or offer a suitable resolution.
- Returned items should be sent back in their original packaging where possible.
- After the returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days back to the original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@everythinghomestore.co.uk with photos and details of the issue.
We will work quickly to resolve the problem and may offer:
- Replacement parts
- A replacement item
- Partial refund
- Full refund where appropriate
Please do not dispose of damaged items until instructed by our customer service team.
Unwanted Items
If you have changed your mind or no longer require an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under your consumer cancellation rights.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused
- In a resalable condition
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you would like us to arrange a collection for larger items, collection charges may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Missing Parts
If your order is missing any parts or components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@everythinghomestore.co.uk.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Details/photos of the missing parts
We will arrange replacement parts where available.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

- Deductions may be made for excessive handling or damage caused after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used unless faulty.
